Adaleigh Hellman is currently the Administrative Coordinator for the USA International Harp Competition, primarily working in operations management, development, finance, personnel management, and general administration. She is a student at the Jacobs School of Music in Bloomington IN, double majoring in Art Administration and Harp Performance. Adaleigh is the 2026 Artistic Operations Fellow with the National Repertory Orchestra in Breckenridge, CO. She has also worked for the City of Lakewood (CO) in their Heritage and Cultural Arts Department's youth programming division.
A graduate of the International Baccalaureate program, she has held the positions of Principal Harpist of the Front Range Youth Symphony and the Lakewood HS Chamber Orchestra, and has played with the Jefferson Symphony Orchestra, the Colorado All-State Symphony Orchestra, and the Colorado All-State Harp Ensemble. She was the Mile High Chapter Ambassador for '22-'23, and is the first place winner of the 2023 Front Range Youth Symphony concerto competition and the first place winner in the young adult division of the 2024 Lyra harp competition. Adaleigh currently studies harp with Elżbieta Szmyt at the Jacobs School of Music and was a student of Barbara W. Lepke-Sims. She also plays piano, violin, and viola. In her spare time, she loves to read sci-fi and space operas, and to bake cakes (the more extravagant the better!)
