I have a 47 string, semi-grand Salvi Pedal Harp. She was made in Italy in the 1990s, and her name is Diana. I am her second owner.
My specialty is senior care facilities (Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care). I also have experience playing for corporate events and religious events. I am accepting bookings on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out to find my availability!
You'll get an email back from me within 24 hours, and we will discuss date, location, the type of music and environment you are looking for, pricing, repertoire, and more!
I ask that I play away from heavy traffic areas, heating or cooling vents, and direct sunlight.
If I am going to play outside, I must be on a concrete surface and under a roof. If it is super windy or precipitating on the day of the event, I will not be able to play outside. I cannot refund for events cancelled day-of due to the weather.
If you have requests for music, please bring it up during scheduling. If it is not in my repertoire, you will be charged a $50 learning fee and sheet music costs. This fee is non-refundable.
Events must be canceled 3 days in advance to receive a full refund.
The amount is to be paid in full by check or cash before the event begins, unless another arrangement is made. I do not accept credit/debt cards as form of payment.
I offer a discount on my hourly fee to clients whom I work with on a long-term basis.
It's true! Out of all the side gigs I have going on while I am in university, 80% are administration focused. I am double majoring in my undergrad, in Art Administration and Harp Performance. I was a harpist first, but when I went to music school, I also got a job in administration and I fell in love with the logistics of running an arts organization. I also realized that the stress of having to constantly perform well was taking the joy out of my music. So I decided that I would pursue a career in arts administration (I want to run an opera or ballet company, or a symphony orchestra), and play on the side because I love doing it. The harp performance degree is just for fun:)
