Q: What kind of Harp do you have?
A: I have a 47 string, semi-grand Salvi Pedal Harp. She was made in the 1990s, and I named her Diana.
Q: What kinds of events do you play?
A: I am not currently accepting bookings for the fall semester (Fall 2024). However, I am accepting bookings in the Denver-Metro area between December 22, 2024 and January 11, 2025, as well as for Summer (June and July) of 2024
Q: What happens when I contact you to book an event?
A: You'll get an email back from me within a few days, and we will discuss date, location, the type of music and environment you are looking for, pricing, billing, the contract, and more.
Q: What sort of space do you need to play in?
A: Harps can be picky instruments. For this reason, I ask that I play away from heavy traffic areas, heating or cooling vents, and direct sunlight.
If I am going to play outside, I must be on a concrete surface and under a roof. If it is super windy on the day of the event, I will not be able to play outside (harps can turn into sails quite easily).
Q: What if I want you to play a piece of music that you don't know?
A: If you have requests for music, please bring it up during scheduling. If it is not in my repertoire, you will be charged a $20 learning fee and sheet music costs. This fee is non-refundable.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Events must be canceled 3 days in advance to receive a full refund. Please contact me directly for more details.
Q: What is your billing policy?
A: The amount is to be paid in full by check or cash before the event begins. At this time, I don't have the ability to accept Credit/Debit cards.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: I offer a 50% discount on my hourly fee to clients who book more than 3 performances a year. Other discounts are applied on a case-by-case business.
